New federal rules now prevent non-permanent U.S. residents from getting FHA-backed home loans, leaving many immigrant families without financing options. While most lenders are stepping back, First Pryority Bank is continuing to serve ITIN borrowers through its own private lending program. The Oklahoma-based bank says it’s focused on helping responsible taxpayers who are on the path to citizenship and has no plans to stop offering these loans.
